Ordering, delivery & returns

How to order

1. Add products to your cart. Choose sizes and colours, and set the quantity in pieces, kilos or square feet.
2. Go to checkout and enter your name and mobile number. Choose store pickup or Porter delivery.
3. Press Place order on WhatsApp. WhatsApp opens with your full order typed in. Press send.
4. We reply on WhatsApp to confirm the price, stock and the pickup or delivery time.

Payment

There is no online payment on this website. You pay in cash or UPI:

• on delivery, when Porter brings your order, or
• at the store, when you pick it up.

For large orders such as bulk stones or green walls, we may ask for an advance on WhatsApp before ordering or cutting material. We always tell you first.

Delivery with Porter

We book a Porter vehicle from our store to your address. You pay the Porter fare to the driver on delivery, along with the order amount.

The fare depends on the distance and the size of vehicle needed: a bike for small plants, a mini truck for tall trees, planters or stones. We share the expected fare on WhatsApp before booking. Delivery is usually the same day or the next day, depending on the time of order and stock.

Store pickup

• Artificial plants, creepers, green walls and planters: Above Ammas Pastries, 1st Floor, Kothanur, Hennur Main Road, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560077.
• Pebbles, rocks, lumps and chips: NG Gollahalli, AM Layout, Hennur Main Road, Doddagubbi, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560077.

Opening hours: Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm, and Sunday, 9 am to 6 pm. Please wait for our WhatsApp confirmation that your order is ready.

Prices

Prices are confirmed with you on WhatsApp before your order is packed. Stone prices are per kilo; green walls are per square foot. Bulk orders get special prices, so ask for a quote on WhatsApp.

Returns & exchanges

• Please check your order when you receive it. If anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp within 24 hours and we will replace it.
• Unused artificial plants and planters in their original condition can be exchanged within 7 days. Bring them to the showroom or arrange a Porter pickup at your cost.
• Loose pebbles, stones and chips cannot be returned once delivered or collected, as they are sold by weight.
• Custom orders, such as green walls cut to size, cannot be returned.
